Tanta Plan 1 Project broken into stages/milestones. 70% at start of each stage
25% on stage completion
5% retention
Tanta Plan 2 Interest-free Option. 30% initial payment
70% in equal monthly installments
15–24 months
Tanta Plan 3 Single project completion payment. 50% initial
25% on 75% of the project scope
25% on completion of project
